The main body that provides Portal (Blackboard) maintenance, training and support is Centre for Teaching Support and Innovation (CTSI) (Former Resource Centre for Academic Technology (RCAT)). In addition, the Faculty Arts & Science has a Learning Management Systems Office that focuses "on the support of instructors in developing and launching their Blackboard sites, and on the design of documentation to ease the process both for new LMS users and for those who have been using an alternative system."
At the departmental level, CSB and EEB users should contact Web & Application Developer (it-help [at] biota [dot] utoronto [dot] ca) in case prompt responce has not been received from Portal Team (portal [dot] help [at] utoronto [dot] ca) or in case of extreme emergency.
