If you get an auto-message from UTORmail stating that your Inbox and folders are over-quota, read the rest of the message and follow the instructions.
If you haven't read the whole message, you'll have missed some important information:
To check your current disk space consumption, please visit:
https://www.utorid.utoronto.ca/ and choose "Get Information". On the
subsequent page, please enter your UTORid and password, and check the box
beside "Show current sizes of your UTORmail folders". Then click the
"Authenticate" button.
Reducing your usage is a two-step process. After deleting messages, please
"Purge Deleted" or "Expunge". If you use a Trash folder, please "Empty" or
"Compact" your Trash folder. If you download entire folders to your personal
computer, please delete the folders on the UTORmail server.
